You might sometimes want to return an order. Perhaps because you're not satisfied with the product, or perhaps there's another reason why you don't want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.
After canceling, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package; consult your carrier's website for exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to Sisa Afiba with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at shop@sisa-afiba.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what's necessary to try it out, we may charge you for the reduction in value. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for digital products
By completing an order for a digital product in this webshop, the consumer agrees to immediate delivery of the product and waives the right to cancel the agreement (in accordance with Article 6:230p sub e BW).
If the digital product does not comply with the agreement or is defective, the consumer can of course still invoke the legal rights regarding non-conformity.
Want to exchange your product? No problem at all. You can contact shop@sisa-afiba.com. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Digital products cannot be exchanged.
Accidentally provided the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We'll then try to change the order for you.
