Do I need to have experience with meditation or rituals to participate?

No, no experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome, regardless of whether you're familiar with meditation or spiritual rituals. Everything is guided step by step in a safe and open atmosphere.

What is included in the price?

The day retreat includes guidance, the use of ritual products (such as Swit Watra), and any minor personal care products. The multi-day retreat in Suriname also includes accommodation, meals, workshops, and ritual sessions. Travel expenses to Suriname are not included.

How many participants are there per retreat?

We work with small groups of no more than 10-12 people to ensure personal attention and an intimate atmosphere. This gives everyone the space to develop their own process.

What should I bring to the retreat?

For the day retreat, we ask that you bring comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. All ritual materials and toiletries are provided. For the Suriname retreat, you will receive a detailed packing list in advance with everything you need.

What if I want to continue working on my personal growth after the retreat?
