Holistic Rituals Retreat is a unique spiritual retreat designed to guide you on your journey of self-discovery, healing, and empowerment . This retreat focuses on cleansing your inner self, connecting with our spiritual roots and ancestors .
During this inspiring afternoon, you will be immersed in the traditions and rituals of Suriname and Africa . We will perform bathing rituals , such as the Krin Skin Watra and the Swit Watra , to remove negative energies and restore inner balance. These powerful bathing rituals utilize medicinal herbs from the interior of Suriname and are intended to help overcome difficult times, despondent feelings, and restore your energy .
Healing meditations are also performed during the bathing rituals. These meditations are designed to journey deep within yourself, connect with your soul , and strengthen your energy .
Through a women's circle, we will create a safe and supportive environment where women can connect , heal, and empower each other.
During the retreat, all aspects of your energy are central . We acknowledge and celebrate the masculine , feminine , and universal energies present within you. We will also reflect on your past lives , the elements of air, water, forest, and earth, your divine energy , and your spiritual parents and ancestors. It is a journey into yourself , a deep connection with who you truly are and your roots.
This retreat offers space for a limited number of participants (8 women), which creates an intimate and personal atmosphere .
