Shea butter (Shea butter, Karité butter) is a traditional, nutritious product used for centuries to treat burns, blemishes, eczema, wrinkles, stretch marks, and other minor skin conditions. It is rich in vitamins A and E and gentle enough to moisturize the entire body, including babies and those with sensitive skin. It is a highly moisturizing and protective butter with mild antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties.

Shea butter is moisturizing, which is often exactly what your skin needs for eczema . Another plus: shea butter has anti-inflammatory properties! It's therefore often used to soothe skin irritations and conditions like eczema , dermatitis, and psoriasis.
